This program is truly for people who are trying to build their strength, build extra muscle, and people who are willing to push really hard in a short conditioning window. Every single day our program has a very specific purpose with a consistent variation of strength, bodybuilding and high intensity conditioning.  For the motivated people who do it, it can produce some of the best gains you’ve seen with very little time commitment.

TribeSweat

It’s the perfect mixture of weights and cardio. This class focusses more on lighter weights and longer conditioning components. It has a low skill level of entry and it easier for new people to pick up.  It tends to help people lose weight much faster than any other program because of its intensity and duration.

Personal training provides an opportunity to pursue your health and fitness goals on an individual basis. Your coach will individualize your programming for your specific goals. From exercise to nutrition, working 1-on-1 with a trainer allows for the most specific coaching and guidance possible.  This is a great option for people who are new to strength training, have pre-existing movement restrictions, or for athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

TribeTeens

This program is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years olds. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics movements with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

In addition, we aim to boost self-esteem and confidence within our teens. We want to give them the strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym. Our workouts are scalable for all individuals.

Damian Watson

Trainer

Damo discovered CrossFit in 2014 when he decided to put his trust in Coach James and make the change from a hugely uninspiring gym routine to CrossFit. Damo’s sporting back ground revolves around rugby league, playing in country and metro leagues; Damo has been selected to represent the city vs country side for a number of years. Through his involvement in playing rugby league, Damo also became heavily involved sport training & first aid, coaching and umpiring for rugby league – and was also fortunate enough to be selected for refereeing some curtain raiser matches to NRL games for Melbourne Storm. Damo has been a CF L1 Coach since 2016 and loves the philosophy behind CrossFit ‘constantly varied, functional movement’ because it appeals to everyday life. Damo enjoys the technical mechanics of CrossFit and being able to adjust the way a person is moving is moving to gain the most efficiency and leverage from the body and achieve instantly better results. In his time at Tribe Mvmnt he has competed in a number of local CrossFit competitions, obstacle races (including two spartan trifectas), fun runs and a 10 day self-sustained journey on my push bike through the mountains from Omeo to Dargo along the Bicentennial National Trail (4x4 country).
